Chocolate Muffins; about

Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 ½ dl sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla sugar
- a little salt
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 dl flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
Method
· Preheat
oven to 200 ° C. Put
paper cases on a baking tray.
· Melt
the butter in a small saucepan.
· Combine
flour, cocoa,vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder in a large bowl.
· Make
a well in centre.
· Whisk eggs and sugar in another bowl.
· Combine
the egg-mixture, the flour-mixture and in the end the melted butter.
· Use
a wooden spoon, stir until just combined (don't over-mix).
· Spoon
mixture into paper cases.
· Bake
for 10 minutes or until firm to touch = not too long. Stand on the tray for 5
minutes.
